Agreement

These terms govern your use of the igaitech.in website. By using the site you accept them. They do not govern the supply of any IGAI product or service — that is covered by a separate written agreement.

Use of the site

  • You may view, download and print material from the site for your own internal evaluation purposes.
  • You may not use the site in any way that is unlawful, or that damages, disables or impairs it.
  • You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system.
  • You may not scrape, mirror or systematically extract content from the site without written permission.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, design, code, graphics, the IGAI name and marks — is owned by IGAI Tech or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to any IGAI intellectual property.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. Product descriptions, specifications and capabilities on this site are provided for information and may change. They do not form part of any contract and are not a warranty, representation or commitment as to any specific outcome.

Forward-looking statements

Some statements on this site describe intended capability, roadmap or deployment targets rather than audited results. They should not be read as guarantees of performance.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IGAI Tech is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which IGAI Tech is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction.
